What Clients Say

I would like to thank you for your expediency, as well as accuracy in fulfilling my order. I was on another website before coming to yours. Upon discovering that previous website had a $25 minimum order. They were going to charge me over $12.00 to meet the minimum, as well as charge for shipping. Thank you for running a more honest business! I will be back if I need any more parts! Again, thank you!

Harold J. G.

Ordered a part for our E20 (2nd time ordering from them) had called to ask the shipping status, and after talking with them they informed me I was ordering the wrong part for my machine. They were quick (matter of minutes) to refund and cancel my order and helped me order the right part.
I sent them pictures of what was broken, and they were able to point me in the right direction for the part that I needed.

Customer service was exceptional. Knowledge on their products was excellent. Response time was super speedy.

Satisfied Customer

Best service ever!

I spoke to Chris about ordering a treadmill motor. First, he checked availability since parts are running slow. He then took the time to ask a number of questions and determine that it may not actually be motor. He gave me the steps I needed to activate my warranty since it would actually cover the motor if that turns out to be the issue and to explain several other things I can try before being out the money for the parts. Most companies are much more interested in selling than helping. What a breath of fresh air to know there are still companies that care about customer service!
