How To Return An Order

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from us. Our goal is to make exchanges or refunds as fair and easy as possible.

Please obtain authorization from a customer service representative before returning any products. Failing to do so may result in a transaction that cannot be refunded. You may contact us by email at info@fitnesspartswarehouse.com or call 833-213-0334 for authorization.

All items claimed to be sent in error need to have a picture emailed to us for verification purposes. Pictures required include: PICTURE OF THE PART RECEIVED & THE PACKING LIST.

You may return all unused parts for a full refund minus shipping and restocking fees within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Parts damaged during installation cannot be returned. We will examine all returns before issuing a refund. Refunds are made within 72 hours from the time we receive your parts. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts, and accessories. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Please insure your shipment for any high-priced items (e.g., Decks, Motors, Controllers, etc.). We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments. Package your return carefully to avoid damage. Returned items are refunded in the original method of payment. Credits can take up to 7 business days to post to your statement; this duration depends on your bank or credit card company. The PayPal method may take up to 6 business days for PayPal to credit your account.

All sales are considered final on the following items, which are not returnable: clearance items, free weights, dumbbells, plates, and new equipment.
